All boardroom buffets include your choice of 2 daily speciality salads, bread rolls with butter, an assortment of dessert squares and a fresh fruit platter.

Antipasto platter with grilled and marinated vegetables and Italian meats OR

A stack of roasted and marinated vegetables with bocconcini on a rosemary skewer, with basil aioli

Menu #2 – 22.00/person

Thai coconut chicken with peanut noodles, snow peas and bean sprouts OR

Chilled chicken breast stuffed with chevre and fresh basil, drizzled with red wine balsamic vinegar OR

Chicken stuffed with asparagus and red peppers, served with red pepper aioli OR

Italian-style herb chicken layered with roma tomatoes, bocconcini and fresh basil, with sundried tomato vinaigrette OR

Mexican-spiced chicken breast with corn and black bean salsa
